We were amazed by the stunning architecture of the hotel, which blended traditional Bavarian elements with modern interiors. the outdoor seating areas are well-designed and set in beautiful gardens. the staff were helpful and attentive. the food was great, and the wine list had a good selection. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. the hotel had many facilities, including a fitness room and a golf course in excellent condition.
The hotel was located next to a construction zone, which disturbed our sleep early in the morning.

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly - practically everyone was ready with a greeting. The rooms were very quiet, spacious and modern, the sauna area good, an excellent breakfast buffet. Lake Chiem is only about a 15 minute drive away, and the mountains are practically in the back yard. The hotel is very family- and pet-friendly.
WiFi was too expensive (though brief use for free was available in the lobby). The quality of the restaurant for dinner was disappointing - we ordered a la carte, but the dishes were overpriced and did not really correspond to the description in the menu. Most people seemed to choose the buffet. The swimming pools were not really usable for a halfway serious workout, as they were mostly in the posession of the kids.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The food is of a very high standard. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The hotel is very picturesque and has a lovely sauna and swimming pool. The rooms are very clean and are a decent size. The restaurant is newly refurbished and is immaculate.
The reception staff weren't very friendly even although I speak German. The hotel is also good 20 minute drive from the lakes, and the public transport in Grassau isn't the best, although you can hire bikes at the hotel. Grassau is a small town and I would probably stay somewhere a little livlier next time. However I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but I just wish the staff were a little friendlier!

Position is excellent for exploring Bavarian Alps. Room was average and roomy for two. Lack of air conditioning . Plenty of room to park
When used for conventions or conferences Restaurant almost impossible to get a table in evening. No lounge for coffee and bar only opened when they felt like it.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that fulfilled our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room exceeding expectations. the infinity pool and sun terrace offered an unforgettable view of the garden area. the treatment rooms offered several indulgent treatments, including a body scrub and deep tissue massage. the restaurant exceeded all expectations, with an in-room breakfast and a poolside snack bar that always kept us well-fed.
The only minor issue we encountered is that the location is a bit remote, making it challenging to access the surrounding attractions. Despite this, the hotel had a packed lunches service that kept us fueled and ready for a day out exploring.

My visit was purely for business so I did not have the opportunity to try out the amenities on offer. However, the food and service was excellent.
The bedding and the fact that the hotel bar does not open until 8pm

Easter at this hotel was a mixed experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of pastries and fresh juices available. The location was also convenient, close to various shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a lovely garden where we could enjoy the spring weather.
On the other hand, the room was not up to par. The bedding seemed old and worn out, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation.
